How To Keep Your T-zone Spot-free



The T-zone is the part of your face consisting of the forehead, nose and the area around your mouth, including the chin. It is so named because it's shaped like the letter 'T'.


Often the T-zone is oily, as the percentage of oil glands in this area tends to be higher than on the outer cheeks. Oily areas of the face are more prone to blackheads, whiteheads and large pores - all the things that comprise acne. Some of this is due to genetic factors, so until science has figured out genetic recombination for the T-zone, we can only manage, not cure, the problem.

You can help manage your skin's condition in the T-zone area in several ways:

• Keep your hands and your hair off the skin. They bring extra oil and dirt to the area, which further clogs the pores.

• Use a facial astringent or shampoo for oily hair to remove excess oil.

• Wash your face with a liquid or bar containing AHAs or made with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, or both.

• Apply creams containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide (or both) in small amounts to affected areas. Be careful of the chin area, which tends to get especially dry with these products. Prescription products are also available from your doctor or dermatologist.

• An absorbent powder may also be helpful in soaking up oil.

• Stay away from areas of the kitchen where foods are being cooked in oil. The oil can get on your face and make the problem worse.

• Do not pick at inflamed areas.

How To Have Sexy curly Eye Lashes

HOW TO HAVE SEXY CURLY EYE LASHES


There are several methods to curl your eyelashes but I truly believe the simplest and most effective

way is by using an eyelash curler, if you have actually got one, but if not rush and get yours. Well, I

know some of you are a little scared a mechanical system around your eyes, you of course don’t want

to see those super long eyelashes break or be torn. Using an eyelash curler not properly could also

just pull the lashes out and not curling them.

There is another good news : you will only curl your upper eyelashes ! Okay, you’re still scared,

sorry…

Here is my step by step path to achieve the perfect eyelashes, I tried to make it as simple as possible,

I hope you will enjoy this little 7 steps guide. Before we start you just need :

 eyelash curler,

 hairdryer,

 rubbing alcohol,

 cotton balls,

 makeup : eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara for the best

effect, of course it’s optional, but let’s do it like the pros !

1. Check that everything is clean: your eyelash curler AND

your eyelashes. If you are already wearing mascara, you may

use a makeup remover first. Your curler should be clean too,

use alcohol on it with cotton balls to make sure nothing could

hurt your eyes or make the process fail.

2. Apply your makeup. It could be optional, but to get the

sexiest eyes, why not put some eye shadow and eyeliner.

DON’T apply mascara now !

3. Check that your eyelashes are clean and dry, no makeup

on them.

4. Take your eyelash curler and heat it with your hairdryer for

about 5 seconds. It shouldn’t be too hot, so touch the metal

and see if that doesn’t burn.

5. It’s time to curl ! Don’t worry, everything is gonna be

alright. It looks like scissors but it will not cut your lashes.

Bring the curler as close to the eyelashes roots as possible,

you want to curl the whole lashes length. The top metal band

of the curler should cover your eyelid. Squeeze the handles

and the bottom silicon pad will curl the lashes, hold a few

seconds. Don’t pull out the curler before opening it again,

just stop squeezing the handles. (You may want to repeat the

process at about half the length and at the end of lashes for

more curl.)

6. Apply mascara now. This step really must be done after

your curl your eyelashes. If done before, the mascara could

dry and stick on the curler, and then your eyelashes could be

torn from their roots… not great. Mascara also helps to lock

the curl.

7. Eyelashes curl done ! You can also use an eyelash comb if

you want, but at this point you already have your best eyes.

I could add a step 8 : you have 2 eyes, so repeat the

process, but I think you thought about that. When I think

about it, it could be a cool emo look on only one eye.
